Here is an overview of your coverage

Compulsory cover

1. Fire and Special Perils

Covers loss or damage to your property caused by fire or lightning. For an additional premium, you can extend coverage to these risks.

  • Aircraft damage
  • Earthquake and volcanic eruption
  • Storm/tempest
  • Flood
  • Explosion (Non-industrial without boilers)
  • Impact damage (Including your own vehicle)
  • Bursting or overflowing of pipes
  • Riot, strike and malicious damage
  • Sprinkler leakage
2. Burglary

Covers property that belongs to you or is held by you in trust or on commission, against

  • Loss by theft resulting from forcible and violent entry
  • Any attempt thereat including Armed Robbery and Hold-up
3. Money

Covers money that is

  • Lost
  • Destroyed
  • Damaged 

whilst in transit or kept in your premises as stated in the Policy Schedule

4. Glass

Indemnifies you if glass at insured premises is broken by fracture through its entire thickness - as a result of any accident or misfortune not otherwise excluded.

5. Public Liability

Indemnifies you against all sums you can be liable to pay compensation for

  • Bodily injury to or illness of Third party
  • Loss or damage to property within the premises 

resulting from an accident as described in the Policy Schedule

6. Employers’ Liability

Indemnifies you against liability at law to pay compensation to your employees, This includes

  • Costs and expenses in respect of accidental bodily injury
  • Diseases arising out of and in the course of employment

In addition, with our written consent, we shall pay for all costs and expenses incurred in defending any claim.

7. Group Personal Accident

Compensates you for your employees bodily injury caused by accidental means which

  • Injury shall solely and independemtly of any other cause result in death or permanent disablement and/or
  • Necessitate medical and/or surgery treatment

On top of that, we will pay funeral expenses in the event of accidental death of your employees.

8. All Risks

Covers loss or damage to your property caused by

  • Fire
  • Theft
  • Any other accident or misfortune stated in the Policy Schedule
9. Fire Consequential Loss

Covers you against

  • Loss of profits, revenue, rental, standing charges, wages or salaries on payroll basis
  • Increase in cost of working due to business interruption as a result of fire and/or other extended perils


You may select to insure any of the following

  • Loss of Gross Profit (Difference Basis or Addition Basis cover)
  • Loss of Gross Revenue
  • Loss of Gross Rental
  • Standing Charges only

In addition, you may insure Auditors’ Fees as an additional item under this policy.

don't cover

✖︎ War, civil war and any act of terrorism.

✖︎ Radioactive and nuclear energy risks.

✖︎ Date recognition.

✖︎ Property damage to data or software.

✖︎ The ‘liability to the public’ section does not cover any asbestos related injury or damage involving the use, presence, existence, detection, removal, elimination or avoidance of asbestos or exposure or potential exposure to asbestos.
