It is a preventative plan covering a spectrum of risk management services to ensure your business is protected against crisis in advance. Specialized value-add benefits include infra-red thermography service and firefighting equipment assessment.
Infra-red thermography service
Uses a predictive maintenance tool to detect hot spots in electrical or mechanical equipment. It allows for :
- Contact-free advanced diagnostic detection of problems.
- Early detection and adoption of remedial measures.
Firefighting equipment assessment
You will be entitled to a service where :
- All firefighting equipment in the premises will be evaluated.
- An area sweep will be conducted to detect areas where physical improvements can be undertaken to minimise potential loss of equipment on-site.

- Fire risk assessment, special rating and underwriting surveys.
- Fire Extinguishing Appliances (FEA) evaluation. This encompasses assessment of aspects such as, cost versus benefit analysis for implementing FEA for special rating cases.

- Security and theft inspection.
- Perils risk assessment. This even extends to floods and windstorms.
- Safety and health audit.
- Marine cargo loss prevention site surveys.

- Training, seminars and consultancy for clients and intermediaries on risk management and rating for property insurance.
