Accidental loss of or damage to property and or interests insured caused by:

Civil War, War, and Enmity, Invasion, Rebellion, Power Military, People's Awakening, Revolution, Takeover of Power, Revolt, Terrorism, Sabotage, or Looting (except Looting that occurs during Riots and Riots);

Nuclear reactions, nuclear radiation, or radioactive contamination;
Theft and or loss during and after the covered event policy;
Error or negligence of the Insured that greatly exceeds the limit.
