Features of Office Content Package Insurance
It covers any risks that occurred related to:
LOSS OR DAMAGE TO YOUR OFFICE AND ITS CONTENTS
Caused by:
Accidental damage.
Damage in the policy period.
LOSS OF CASH IN TRANSIT
Cash in transit while it is in the custody of the insured or an employee authorized by the insured.
TENANT'S LEGAL LIABILITY
- Liability for loss or damage to the premises including fixtures and fittings hired, leased or rented to the insured, that arises from the insured’s negligence.
- Liability as lessor for bodily injury or property loss or damage that occurs within or in the immediate vicinity of the premises.
- Liability for the costs of litigation that are incurred with the insurer’s written consent in respect of any claim against the insured.
