We do not cover for loss or liability directly or indirectly caused by or arising from or in connection with: 

1. Engaging in air traffic, except as a valid fare-paying passenger;

2. Certain types of sports such as boxing, wrestling and all kinds of martial arts, speed races, car agility and the like;

3. Participate in crimes, violations of applicable laws;

4. Strikes, damage, civil commotion, malicious damage;

5. Suffering from hernia (hernia), epilepsy, sunburn;

6. Being infected or infected with disorders or viruses or germs;

7. War or the result of war and armed rebellion;

8. Nuclear reactions or nuclear energy;

9. Layoffs caused by being voluntarily terminated, resign, retire, commit fraud, commit unlawful act;

10. Layoffs that occur during the first 6 (six) months from the start coverage (only applies for new policy and not for renewal).
