• Position of vehicles after accident
• Accident site
• Damage caused to vehicles involved in accident

What to do after
an accident

✔︎Report the accident to the Police immediately or within 24 hours

✔︎Contact our Auto Partner Hotline number 1 800 88 1301 or 03-2053 5800 in the event of vehicle breakdown or accident.

✔︎Send your damaged vehicle to TMIM’s Panel Workshop of your choice for repairs

✔︎Do NOT admit liability or make any offer to a third party

✔︎Forward all correspondence/notice of claim from a third party, unanswered, to us immediately

If you don’t report, your company may :

• Lose all or part of your No Claim Discount
• Be denied of your claim for that particular accident

Own Damage KFK (No Fault)

Signed Declaration Letter
Police Report
Third Party’s Police Report (all parties involved)
Police investigations/outcome report/compound on party at fault and sketch plan
Identity/name of third party’s Insurer (copy of insurance policy if any)
Photocopy of Driver’s Identity Card or Passport
Photocopy of Driver’s Driving License
Photocopy of Insured’s Identity Card or Passport or Company Business Registration Form (if company vehicle)
