Travel Insurance – Novel Coronavirus (Covid-19) Outbreak
Please take note of the following in regards to all our travel insurance products arising from COVID-19.
With effect from 27th March 2020,
Policies (both Single Trip and Annual) purchased before 27th March 2020 for travel to any countries will cover for claims arising from COVID-19 subject to terms, conditions and exclusions of the policy
Policies (both Single Trip and Annual) purchased on or after 27th March 2020 for travel to any countries will not provide cover for claims directly or indirectly arising from or related to COVID-19
Nevertheless, in view of Movement Control Order imposed by our Prime Minister from 18/3/2020 to 14/4/2020, we are pleased to advise that we will accommodate for cancellation of Travel policies with full refund of premium for this period of time.
