Assistant Manager, Marketing (KL Agency)

Responsibilities

Responsible for the achievement of production of individual budget, team budget and portfolio mix.
Recruitment and retention of agents.
Maximizing business support from agents through regular servicing and visitations.
Supervise and conduct training for agents and Marketing Officers.
Provide marketing and technical support to agents and Marketing Officers.
Gather market feedback on competitors’ activities.
Acceptance of risks in compliance with Underwriting Standing Order.
Monitor acceptance of risks of agents.
Monitoring underwriting results of agents.
Collection of premiums in compliance with Credit Control Policy.
Preparation of yearly budgets.
Resolve and escalate operation issues emanating from agents.
Managing document flow between agents and Company.

Requirements

Degree in any discipline or professional certification in DMII/ AMII.
Minimum Five (5) years of working experience in relevant insurance industry.
Successfully delivered on KPIs with proven track record in production, recruitment of agents and business development.
Effective communication in writing, business presentation and interpersonal communication across various levels of seniority.
