Fire Insurance

1. Covers the following property, unless specifically statedo the policy

• Silver, gold, jewelry
• Antiques, works of art exceeding THB 10,000
• Originals or copies of documents, plans, specifications, paintings, models, patterns, or moulds
• Securities, bonds, important documents, stamps, money, checks, or business documents
• Explosives
• All types of vehicles:  land, waterborne, or airborne
• Damage to electrical appliances or electrical components, circuits, electrical equipment, wiring, lamps as a result of overrunning, over voltage, short circuit, sparking, self-ignited wiring, electrical leakage, and wear and tear from the use of such equipment
• Trees, landscape, grass
• Destruction of property by order of any public authority

2. Damage directly or indirectly caused by or arising from war, invasion act of foreign enemies, hostilities or warlike operations (whether war be declared or not) civil war, mutiny, riot, strike, civil commotion, terrorism, revolution, military rising, insurrection, rebellion or event leading to the announcement of martial law

3.  Damage directly or indirectly caused by or arising from:

• Ionizing radiation or contamination by radioactivity from any nuclear fuel or from any nuclear waste from the combustion of nuclear fuel. Combustion shall include any self-sustaining process of nuclear fission
• Nuclear explosions or nuclear materials or other dangerous substance which can cause nuclear explosions

4. Deductibles borne by the insured as specified on the schedule

Burglary Insurance

• Loss or damage occurred to the Insured’s premises if left unoccupied or unattended for more than 7 days
• Loss or damage to mobile phone, computer notebook, property left in the balcony or open areas
• Losses and damages arising out of personal legal residence within the premises of the insured, the insured, whether incurred directly or indirectly with the intention or knowledge of the insured or family members. Servants in the house insured whether acting alone or in collusion with other participants.
• Loss or damage to money, gold coins, jewellery, art objects, antiques, original documents, maps, plan land painting design pattern or print collateral debt securities in various important documents, postage stamps, foreign banknotes, credit cards, bank cards, cheque books or any book about business

Plate Glass Insurance

This Insurance Policy does not cover:

• Deformation or damage in addition to crack
• Fracture, which occurred during transportation or during installation or removal, or while altering the location specified in the insurance policy
• Fracture resulting directly or indirectly from:
  • Flood, typhoon, hurricane force winds, storm wind, windstorm, volcanic explosions, earthquakes or other natural variations
  • Detention, seizure or confiscation

Public Liability Insurance

• Any liability as a result of judgement or judicial system other than Thailand or arising from the Thai Court specifying that the case must be judged overseas.
• Any automobile liability of the Insured whether as an owner, a carekeeper, a driver, a contracted person, an advisor  or anyone acting on behalf of the insured (including any machinery or any vehicles propelled by an engine).
• Any liability as a result of construction, improvements, demolishing or any constructions.
• Any liability arising from, directly or indirectly due to flood, polluted water, chemical substance, dust, smoke, gases, liquid, or substance which are polluted, pollution or any polluted environment.
• Any liability as a result of sinking of land, vibration, removal or weakening of support.
• Assumed contractual liability
• Liability arising from:
  • Advice, technical or professional services by the Insured or anyone acting on behalf of the Insured
  • Medical malpractice except for first aid
  • Fines and penalties of any kind
