How can I change policy benefit payments method from cheque to bank account money transfer?
The insured can change the option for policy benefit transfer by 2 methods
1. Submit online request on TMLTH Touch Point mobile application.
2. Inform the company in writing with the following required documents.
2.1) Policy Benefit Direct Credit Form.
2.2) Copy of your bank’s saving account passbook cover page.
