Mobile Application

Automatic Bank Account Deduction (Direct Debit)

A convenient payment method that ensures you never forget to pay your insurance premiums again.

Setup: Submit the "Authorization Form for Automatic Bank Account Deduction," available for download from the company's website. For assistance, contact the Customer Service Center at 02 650 1400 (operating hours: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM)

Mobile Banking / Internet Banking / ATM

Payment Process: Use your bank's mobile app, internet banking, or ATM to scan the QR code or barcode provided on your premium due notice, which is sent 30 days before the due date.

Bank Counters and Payment Service Points

In-Person Payment: Pay in cash at bank branches or authorized payment service points by presenting your premium due notice. Note: Payments at Counter Service are limited to a maximum of 49,000 Baht per transaction.

Credit Card / Cash / Cheque / Cashier's Cheque

Payment Locations: Make payments at the company's headquarters, branches, or through authorized agents. When paying by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB), be aware that fees may apply depending on the insurance plan.

The credit cardholder can pay premiums for policies under the same surname, designated beneficiaries, or their own policies. In cases where spouses have different surnames, the spouse's name must be listed on the insurance application or as a beneficiary.
