1) Mail to the following address:

Please note “**** Individual Claims Department*****” on the envelope.
2) Hand in by yourself at the company's Head office
3) Pass it to your servicing agent or branch office
Claim & Reimbursement Period
1. Your claim request submitted together with complete supporting documents will be processed within 3 working days
2. Approved claim payment will be made within 15 days
In case of further investigation required, the above process will take 30 – 90 days according to investigation period.
1) Direct credit to bank account.
This is the recommended and efficient method. There are no extra fees and avoid getting your cheque lost in the mailing process. Send us a copy of your bank account passbook’s cover page that contains your bank account number and bank account name. Only savings account are applicable.
