Please bear in mind that our social media channels are monitored and regulated. As much as we do our best to answer your queries and comments and exercise transparency on information sharing, Tokio Marine will, in its discretion, choose not to comment on any issues of controversy and exercise the option of removing any posts which may be:

• Factually incorrect
• Offensive, abusive, defames or threatens others
• Unrelated to Tokio Marine Insurance Group, of which could be considered spam
• Vulgar, obscene or indecent language
• Illegal or in any way endorsing illegal activities
• Breaks any laws or regulations or rules of any Social Media Site (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc) or encourages others to do so
• An infringement of any intellectual property rights, such as copyright
• Contains names or personal information related to our employees
• Contains personal information (names, address, phone number, email etc.) of others
• Posts or other material which is deemed inappropriate by the site administrators or appropriate team managers will be deleted upon discovery.

By accessing, viewing and/or posting any content related directly or indirectly to Tokio Marine on any social media channels, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the aforementioned rules. In the event that someone’s repeated posts do not comply with these rules, Tokio Marine may exercise the right of last resort to ban said person from these social media channels.

Should you be a client of Tokio Marine and would need us to answer any specific questions with regards to our existing relationship, do contact us directly at social@tokiomarine-life.sg (for Tokio Marine Life Insurance) and/or tmis@tokiomarine.com.sg (for Tokio Marine General Insurance) or via a private message through our various social media channels. Due to privacy concerns, do note that we may not be able to answer queries related to your existing policies if they are raised publicly through these sites.

Although Tokio Marine has chosen to host ourselves on these social media platforms, we are in no way affiliated to them. As such, it is important that you as a user take note of the information that you choose to share on these sites. Tokio Marine will not be held responsible for any privacy, security policies or practices by any of these social media platforms.
