This insurance covers all risks of loss of or damage to the subject-matter insured except as excluded.
Institute Cargo Clauses (B)
1. Loss of or damage to the subject-matter insured reasonably attributable to

Inland Cargo Policy (All Risks)
Total or partial damage or loss of the Subject-Matter insured arising from accident or external cause.
General average in respect of the Subject-Matter insured including general average contribution and salvage charges for which the assured has to compensate in accordance with customary practice or law unless excluded
Inland Cargo Policy (Named Perils)
This insurance shall cover total or partial damage or loss of the Subject-Matter insured caused by:

In no case shall this insurance cover:
In no case shall this insurance cover loss damage or expense;
Inland Cargo Policy
In no case shall this insurance cover Loss or damage caused by or in consequence of:
War whether declared or not, civil war, rebellion, revolution, coup d’état, insurrection, sabotage, riot, mutiny, popular uprising, declaration of martial law and use of government force sanctioned by law, land mines, torpedoes or any other weapons of war, strikes and lock outs.
Deterioration or unfitness of conveyance for safe carriage, or overloading or towing that exceeds the capacity of the conveyance for safe carriage, or towing in the manner that violates the rules of safe carriage or stowing in the manner that violates the rules of stowage, if the assured, his employees or agents are privy to such condition at the time of delivery of the subject matter insured to the carrier.
Loss or damage caused by
(3.1) Ordinary deterioration or inherent vice or nature of the Subject-Matter Insured.
(3.2) Ordinary leakage, ordinary wear and tear, ordinary loss in weight or volume of the Subject-Matter insured
(3.3) Insufficient or unsuitable packing, or preparation of shipping container by the Assured or his employees
(3.4) Delay in delivery howsoever caused including damages incurred from delay in delivery
(3.5) Willful misconduct of any person to cause destruction or damage to conveyance or the Subject-Matter insured
(3.6) Willful misconduct of the Assured, or where the Assured is in privy to the misconduct of his employees to cause destruction or damage to conveyance used for the carriage or the Subject Matter Insured
(3.7) Theft, snatching, robbery or gang robbery of the subject matter insured occurring at the point of accident ensuing the covered risks
4. Any damage or loss caused by or attributable to radiation, contamination by radioactivity from any nuclear fuel or from nuclear waste caused by combustion of nuclear fuel, fission or explosion of radioactivity or nuclear components or any hazardous property which may explode in the nuclear process
5. General average, general average contribution and salvage charges.
6. Any damage or loss occurred to the subject matter insured when the assured can recover or is entitled to indemnity under marine cargo policy or any other policy regardless of whether this policy was concluded before or after the other policy unless such damage or loss exceeds cover provided under such other policy in which case the remaining damage or loss shall be considered for cover in accordance with this policy.
7. All consequential losses arising from damage to or loss of the Subject-Matter insured, such as loss of market, interruption of business and production line, loss of use, etc.
Remark: Inland Cargo Policy (All Risks) shall not be excluded items 3.5, 3.7 and 5
