If your luggage is late or lost, report it to the carrier
Return the duly completed Claims Form together with the documents requested.

Documents Required for Submission

Follow these simple steps to expedite filing of a Overseas Accident claim

Claim for medical expenses

Complete a Claims Form of the company
Medical report containing material symptoms, diagnosis and treatments given, signed by the treating doctor
Original receipt and invoice listing itemized medical expenses and the final amount
Copy of insure's person passport

Claim for Permanent Total Disablement Benefits

Complete a Claims Form of the company
Physician report certifying the permanent total disablement
Copy of insure's person passport

Claim for Death Benefit

Complete Claim Form of the Company
Death certificate
Copy of autopsy certificated by authorized personnel
Copy of the police report certified by authorized officer
Copy of personal identification card and the house register indicating “deceased” status of the Insured Person
Copy of Insured Person’s passport and proof of traveling
Copy of personal identification card and house register of the beneficiary

Claim for Others

Complete Claim Form of the Company
Original receipt
Copy of the Insured Person’s passport or traveling evidences
Copy of the Police report certified by authorized officer (if any)
Invoice and other relevant documents
Documents or written confirmation letter from the Common Carrier including relevant details of traveling (if any)
In case of Trip Cancellation and Curtailment Expenses, the Insured must give the following additional evidences:
- Documentary proof of the Insured Person’s payment for deposits, travel fare and accommodation charges and pre-booked excursion as well as original copies of additional traveling and hotel accommodation charges incurred
- Copies of medical or death certificate from a qualifies Physician treating the Insured Person, Insured Person’s Immediate Family or Close Business Associate

When to make a report

Always report the accident even if it doesn’t give rise to a claim.

Weekdays (within 24 hours)
Weekends & Public Holidays (within 24 hours)

By not making a report you may

Lose all the claim benefits/rights that you are entitled to get and / or
Ignore your responsibility to yourself and other involved parties

Reporting an Accident in Thailand

Submit a copy of the report and any evidence to us

Duration of claim processing and reimbursement

The Company shall pay the amount of loss or damage within 15 days from date of settlement of claims and upon the Company's receipt of all valid proof of the loss or damage
