How do I update my personal particulars?

For a change in your address,  

Complete the Change of Address/Contact form and email it to us at customercare@tokiomarine-life.sg     

Alternatively, you can mail to us at 20 McCallum Street, #07-01 Tokio Marine Centre.

A copy of your NRIC (front and back) is required to support the change in address. If the new address is not found in your NRIC, please submit a Proof of Address documentation, e.g., Bank Statements, Utility Bills, Telecommunication Bills or letters from the government (not more than 6 months old).

As part of the Common Reporting Standard (CRS) regulation, if any of the information regarding your tax residency changes, please advise us of these changes promptly by a duly completed Tax Residency Self-Certification. The Self-Certification form is available at http://www.tokiomarine.com/sg/en/personal/resources/forms.html    

How can I check my policy details?

Policyholder Portal allows existing policyholders who have     registered for the portal to enquire, manage their policies, and more. 

Policyholders may also contact their     respective advisor or the Customer Service Hotline at +65 6592 6100, or     email customercare@tokiomarine-life.sg for a copy of the policy information to be sent to their     mailing address.

What payment methods are available for premiums?
