We have you and our environment in mind. In support of a greener environment and to provide you with the convenience of digital statements, we would like to inform that effective from January 2020, all of your Life Policy Unit Statements will be issued electronically.
 

• Policy Unit Statements will be emailed to policy owners who have registered their email address with us.
• For policy owners who registered via mobile number, an SMS will be sent with an encrypted link to view their policy statement. To ensure the security of the details, the attachment will be protected with a personalised password.
• Alternatively, Policy Unit Statements will also be available on Customer Portal/ e-Services  (My Document > My Statement tab).
