We have you and our environment in mind. In support of a greener environment and to provide you with the convenience of digital statements, we would like to inform that effective from January 2020, all of your life policy statements will be issued electronically.
 

• e-Statements (Electronic Statement) will be emailed to policy owners who have registered their email address with us.
• For policy owners who registered via mobile number, an SMS will be sent with an encrypted link to view the policy statement. This attachment will be protected with a personalised password.
• Alternatively, e-Statements will also be available on Customer Portal/e-Services.

To facilitate this initiative, we would like to advise all of our life policy owners to provide your email addresses for us or update your registered details with us.
