 a. Claim Report

Consumers are required to report any incidents that may lead to a claim as soon as possible, no later than 30 days after the incident occurs. b. Filling Out the Claim Form

c. Required and Supporting Documents

Complete the claim form with relevant supporting documents. The required documents may vary depending on the type of claim and include:

• A photocopy of the insurance policy
• A photocopy of personal identification (passport/ID card)
• Flight ticket and boarding pass
• Other additional documents according to the type of claim.

d. Verification and Investigation Process

e. Claim Decision

Tokio Marine Indonesia will provide a decision on the submitted claim after the verification and investigation process is complete. If the claim is approved, Tokio Marine Indonesia will provide details regarding the claim payment or reimbursement process.

f. Claim Payment

If the claim is approved, payment can be made directly to the policyholder's account or through another agreed-upon method. Payment will be made no later than 14 working days.
