The following is the procedure for filing a claim with Tokio Marine Indonesia:
a. Claim Report
Consumers are required to report any incidents that may lead to a claim as soon as possible, no later than 30 days after the incident occurs. Claims can be reported by contacting our call center at 14006, through the toll-free service via the link bit.ly/tmi-voip or via email at Claim.travelpartner@tokiomarine.co.id cc: Travelagent@tokiomarine.co.id.
b. Filling Out the Claim Form
Consumers must fill out the claim form according to the type of insurance they have. This claim form can be obtained from the official Tokio Marine Indonesia website or from the Travel Agent where the consumer made the purchase.
c. Required and Supporting Documents
Complete the claim form with relevant supporting documents. The required documents may vary depending on the type of claim and include:
d. Verification and Investigation Process
After all claim documents are submitted, Tokio Marine Indonesia will verify the data and documents provided. If necessary, the company will conduct further investigations to assess the validity of the claim.
e. Claim Decision
Tokio Marine Indonesia will provide a decision on the submitted claim after the verification and investigation process is complete. If the claim is approved, Tokio Marine Indonesia will provide details regarding the claim payment or reimbursement process.
f. Claim Payment
If the claim is approved, payment can be made directly to the policyholder's account or through another agreed-upon method. Payment will be made no later than 14 working days.
