PERSONAL PROPERTY & BAGGAGE LOSS OR DAMAGE

Original police report (1x24 hours after the incident) – for lost items
Original certificate from the airline or public transport – for loss or damage to goods
Original Property Irregularity Report statement from the airline – for lost or damaged goods
Original purchase invoice (for lost goods) and/or proof of ownership of goods
Photos of damaged goods (which show the damaged goods)
Detailed information on lost or damaged items (brand, type, size, price and date of purchase)
Other relevant, reasonable and appropriate documents are requested by the Company (TMI) in connection with the settlement of claims

FLIGHT DELAY, FLIGHT DIVERSION, FLIGHT MISSED CONNECTION

BAGGAGE DELAY

TRIP CANCELLATION, TRIP POSTPONEMENT, TRIP CURTAILMENT

Proof of payment that is not used but becomes forfeited
Certificate from a doctor and/or the competent authority stating that the Insured's condition is not allowed to travel
Other relevant, reasonable and appropriate documents are requested by the Company (TMI) in connection with the settlement of claims

LOSS TRIP DOCUMENTS

HOME CONTENT DUE TO FIRE OR BURGLARY

Statement of fire incident from the local authorized official
Photo of the result of a fire or burglary
Other relevant, reasonable and appropriate documents are requested by the Company (TMI) in connection with the settlement of claims

OWN RISK FOR RENTAL CAR

Original police report (1x24 hours after the incident)
Copy of the contract between the car rental service and the Insured
Copy of International SIM
Other relevant, reasonable and appropriate documents are requested by the Company (TMI) in connection with the settlement of claims

Policy holders and/or the Insured are mandatory to submit all documents/information related to the claims submitted
Request of supporting documents/information depends on the type of claim submitted
Claims can only be processed if all documents have been completed
The Company (TMI) has the right to carry out further investigations on the claims submitted by Policy Holders and/or the Insured if found document and/or information that is deemed contradictory or inconsistent with the claims submitted

The above requested documents shall not be deemed as final and we reserve our right to obtain additional information/documents apart of the above if necessary
