Follow these simple steps to expedite the filing
Policy holders and/or the Insured are mandatory to submit all documents/information related to the claims submitted
Request of supporting documents/information depends on the type of claim submitted
Claims can only be processed if all documents have been completed
The Company (TMI) has the right to carry out further investigations on the claims submitted by Policy Holders and/or the Insured if found document and/or information that is deemed contradictory or inconsistent with the claims submitted
The above requested documents shall not be deemed as final and we reserve our right to obtain additional information/documents apart of the above if necessary
