WHAT TO DO WHEN THE ACCIDENTS OCCURRED?

Do every reasonable effort to protect, maintain, save Motor Vehicle and allow for another party to save Motor Vehicle at the time of loss.

Notify the Insurer in writing or verbally followed by written notice to the Insurer not later than 5 (five) calendar days as of the occurrence of loss after knowing or should have known the existence of loss.

Do not give any promise, remarks or take actions giving the impression that the Insured acknowledges a responsibility to third party side that involved in accident.

Do a report to and obtain record from Sector Police at minimum in the scene of incident, in the event of partial loss and or damage occasioned by theft or that involves any third party, which may be made the basis of claim for damages to or from any third party.

Once we have received all the required documents, we will process your claim and inform you of the outcome as soon as possible.

CLOSURE OF CLAIM

We will inform you about the claim outcome after evaluation has concluded.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Policy holders and/or the Insured are mandatory to submit all documents/information related to the claims submitted
Request of supporting documents/information depends on the type of claim submitted
Claims can only be processed if all documents have been completed
Insured have to provide full assistance and opportunity for the Insurer or Insurer’s Representative or another party appointed by the Insurer to conduct investigation over loss and/ or damage occurring to Motor Vehicle prior making any repair or replacement

The above requested documents shall not be deemed as final and we reserve our right to obtain additional information/documents apart of the above if necessary
