2022 marks the 40th Anniversary of the Look East Policy (LEP) of Malaysia and Japan. The policy was adopted by the Malaysian government in 1982 to aim for the social and economic development in Malaysia through learning from Japan via social, investment and trade cooperation.

Tokio Marine Life Malaysia is honoured to be part of this LEP journey along with Tokio Marine General Malaysia, given the opportunity to serve while providing safety and security not only to our Malaysian customers, but also extend our services to Japanese companies and employees in Malaysia. This anniversary is a meaningful milestone for us, and we look forward to continuing this journey while staying true to our values of always continuing “To be a Good Company”.
