Job Function:

• The incumbent is responsible to manage an efficient and effective Policy Servicing Team to support the Company goals by meeting and exceeding their expectations on customer service delivery.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage & Supervise Policy Servicing Team to ensure daily operations are well managed
• Ensure Turn Around Time (TAT) and quality set are met
• Ensure consistency and quality in team’s service delivery.
• Monitor the overall team’s productivity and performance.
• Continuously review and update SOP and Servicing Guide for effective and efficient operations
• Ensure that all requests are attended prudently and in accordance to all regulatory and corporate requirements.
• Continuously review process, identify and resolve service gaps through constructive manner.
• Responsible for staff development and welfare by providing training, coaching and motivation.
• Measure, track and monitor team's performance, and communicate results regularly and effectively.
• Compile statistics, prepare management report and perform analysis
• Identify and execute actionable items for continuous improvements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• At least 8 year(s) of relevant working experience specializing in Policy Servicing or equivalent from insurance companies
