TokioMarine Orient Fund (“TMOF”) Update 2019

Please be informed that the underlying fund of TMOF will be replaced from Tokio Marine Fund – Asia ex Japan Equity Fund (“TMF”) to UBS (CH) Equity Fund – Asia (USD) in December 2019. Investment objective and fund management charge shall remain unchanged.

TokioMarine Orient Fund Update 2019

We refer to our letter in November 2018, where we informed our policyholders of our intention to change the underlying fund of TokioMarine Orient Fund (“TMOF”).

Please be  informed that the change of the underlying fund will not take place in March 2019. Please rest assured that we will continue to manage TMOF according to the fund objective in the current underlying fund i.e. Tokio Marine Fund – Asia ex Japan Equity Fund (“TMF”).

We will update you of the new timing and new underlying fund in due course.

TokioMarine Orient Fund Update 2018

The underlying fund of TokioMarine-Orient Fund will be replaced from Tokio Marine Fund – Asia ex Japan Equity Fund (“TMF”) to BlackRock Asian Dragon Fund (“BRADF”) in March 2019. The investment objective of BRADF will be similar as TMF, with fund management charge remains at 1.50% p.a. of the net asset value of the fund.
