As the Cyber Junior Underwriter – Asia, you will be reporting directly to the Cyber Manager in charge of Western Europe, Asia & Latin America regions. You will also be working very closely with and will benefit from the mentorship of our Cyber Underwriter – Asia and will be part of TMHCC International Cyber team. Based in our Singapore, you will play a strategic role in the management of our Cyber portfolio in your territories, assisting the Cyber Underwriter in strategic and technical matters as they relate to formulating, executing and monitoring underwriting strategies for Cyber risks insurance.
The job requires in-depth understanding of Cyber matters (Threat, Vulnerabilities and Consequences), Cyber insurance, Asian markets and close collaboration with Financial Lines Managers and their teams.
The main responsibility of the Cyber Junior Underwriter – Asia is to assist/manage the stand-alone Cyber book of business written in those countries. You will play a key role in the alignment of the Cyber risk underwriting strategies for our Underwriting teams, making sure that the Cyber book is consistent and profitable.
