Mr. Endo is the Managing Executive Officer of Tokio Marine Holdings, Inc. In addition, Mr. Endo is the Director of Tokio Marine Asia, the regional head office of the Tokio Marine Group for the Asia Pacific Region.
Mr. Endo joined Tokio Marine in 1987 and has been engaged in insurance business over 37 years. He has extensive experiences in corporate accounting, financial planning and investment management.
Mr. Endo holds a Master of Science in Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
Mr. Brimecome is Chairman International of Tokio Marine Holdings, Inc and was the first non-Japanese Executive Officer in its more than 140 year history. He is Vice Chairman of Tokio Marine Asia.
He is Chairman of Delphi Financial Group and Tokio Marine North America. He also sits on the Steering Committee of the Insurance Development Forum, a multinational organisation aiming to provide financial protection to underserved disaster-prone communities
He was formerly an investment banker specialising in the insurance and asset management industries. During his 35 year career as a banker he advised on more than one hundred completed merger and acquisition transactions in 20 countries and also handled numerous demutualizations and initial public offerings in Europe, the UK, South Africa and Canada.
He led the acquisitions of Kiln, Philadelphia Consolidated, Delphi Financial Group and HCC for Tokio Marine.
He has extensive experience in Asia, with merger and acquisition work in several countries, including Japan, Singapore, India, Indonesia and Australia.
Mr. Harada is the Director of Tokio Marine & Nichido Life Insurance Co., Ltd. In addition, Mr. Harada is the Director of Tokio Marine Asia, the regional head office of the Tokio Marine Group for the Asia Pacific Region.
Mr. Harada joined Tokio Marine in 1990 and has been engaged in insurance business over 33 years. He has extensive experiences in corporate finance, accounting, and investment management.
Mr. Harada holds a Master of Business Administration from MIT Sloan School of Management and is a qualified Actuary in Japan.
Mr. Ida is the General Manager of Tokio Marine Holdings, Inc. He joined Tokio Marine in 2001 and has been engaged with non-life insurance business for over 20 years. He has extensive experiences in strategic business planning, corporate management, accounting, reserving and enterprise risk management. He was most recently the Manager overseeing Tokio Marine’s Asia Pacific business from Japan, and prior to that he was the CFO of Tokio Marine Mexico.
Mr. Ida holds a Master of Business Administration from the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge.
A seasoned insurance professional, Max Hirai has been with the Tokio Marine Group since 1992, with 30 years’ experience of insurance industry globally in managing operations. He also has hands-on and direct experience in leading and managing established insurance companies. Mr. Hirai was most recently the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Tokio Marine's Malaysia general insurance operations, where he was deeply involved in strategic business planning, HR talent development and corporate management
Prior to his stint in Malaysia, Mr. Hirai also held key leadership positions in Tokio Marine's entities in North America, Mexico and Brazil.
With over 25 years of global investment expertise, Mr. Nikkawa is an experienced insurance investment and accounting professional.
His career highlights in the Tokio Marine include enhancing the economic value of the life insurance business in Japan through strategic asset portfolio restructuring and sustainable risk control.
With a strong background in developing investment ideas and managing relationships with global banks, Mr. Nikkawa is now overseeing the overall Asia Life business as well as Life Actuarial operation in the region.
Mr. Fukaura, with over two decades of experience in the Tokio Marine Group, joined Tokio Marine Asia in April 2024. His expertise spans strategic planning, business development, and corporate management across Japan, Singapore, and Thailand. Most recently, Mr. Fukaura served as the Senior Vice President of Tokio Marine Safety (Thailand) PCL., where he played a key role in formulating comprehensive corporate and commercial underwriting strategies. In his current role at Tokio Marine Asia, he oversees Corporate & Market Planning, Finance & Investment, Legal & Compliance, Human Resources, and Risk Engineering operations in the region.

Mr. Tang is a qualified actuary with more than 25 years of working experience in the life insurance industry. As CLO, he is overseeing the Life Actuarial in TMA and is assisting the CEO in overseeing the Life operations in the region.
Mr. Kundalia is an accomplished senior Operations and Technology executive, and has spoken at numerous conferences and events in the region. His career over the past 25 years has spanned senior management positions at large multinational organizations in the United States, Australia and Asia. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Tufts University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Cornell University.
