For Single Trip, you must be an adult between 18 - 89 years of age on the next birthday. For Annual Cover, the maximum eligible age of the insured is 79 years of age on the next birthday.
For Single Trip Family Cover, it covers 1 or 2 adults travelling with up to 3 children. The 2 adults may not be related but the each child must be related to either of the insured adults. The family must travel and return together.
For Annual Cover, it covers you and your family named in the schedule. Your family comprises of your legal spouse and your legal children (up to 3 children).
Yes, pre-existing cover is an optional cover available under Premier or Classic plans, with payment of additional premium.
The coverage is only applicable for Single Trip policy, for insured persons up to 75 years of age and for a maximum of 30 days per trip.

Participation in adventure sports and activities that is non-competitive, leisure basis with licensed local operator and/or licensed qualified guides or instructors, will be covered in the policy.
However, extreme sports activities and motor rallies will not be covered.
Our policy covers you for Covid-19 subject to the following conditions:
• You are not travelling against the travel advisory issued by any government authorities in Singapore or country of your destination.
•You must comply with all requirements and advice put in place by Singapore and relevant overseas government authorities, transport and accommodation providers relating to measures for minimising the risk and spread of COVID-19, including but not limited to COVID-19 vaccination requirements, pre-departure, post-arrival COVID-19 test, quarantine, isolation and controlled itinerary
- During the trip, you do not knowingly stay with any person who is having or is suspected to be having a COVID-19 infection and/or is undergoing isolation or quarantine.
Our policy covers you who are travelling overseas for vacation or for business. It is not intended to provide coverage for trips made for the purpose of obtaining medical treatment.
If you have sought medical treatment during the trip outside Singapore, you have up to a maximum of 31 consecutive days upon return to Singapore to continue the medical treatment.
If you have not sought medical treatment during the trip outside Singapore, you can still seek medical treatment within 48 hours of the date and time upon your return to Singapore.
Yes, medical treatment from a Chinese Physician or Chiropractor in Singapore is covered, provided that you had first sought treatment during your trip outside Singapore. You may continue the treatment for up to 31 consecutive days upon your return to Singapore. Please note that a sub-limit applies, as specified in the schedule of your selected plan.
If you are unable to travel due to a serious illness, your trip cancellation expenses may be covered under Section 14 (Trip Cancellation), provided the trip is cancelled at least 60 days before your scheduled departure date and there is no claim made under the policy.
Unfortunately, this is not covered under TM Travel Trust, as work commitments are not an insured event under the policy. However, if you submit your cancellation request before the start of your insurance period, we can refund the premium paid, less an administrative fee of S$25.
You must purchase the policy before the commencement of your trip to be eligible for the coverage under the policy.
